It never fails, summer creeps up so quickly leaving us dreading bathing suit season. How in the world are we going to get suit ready in 2 weeks? That extra winter 10 lbs. leave us feeling sluggish and desperately searching for ways to tone our buttocks and thighs fast!
A firm behind and thighs help us feel confident in our clothes not to mention feeling better about strolling along a sandy beach in a bathing suit. Summertime clothing has a certain sex appeal that we all want to enjoy.
There are plenty of exercises that can help you tighten and tone butts for the summer. I have one exercise in particular that works very well. It’s called the Brazilian Bikini Combo.
Lay on your back with your knees up and legs making a 90 degree angle. Put your hands behind your head support your neck. Then raise your shoulders up off the floor and hold for a count of four. Exhale when you go back to the floor. Inhale when you come up off the floor. Repeat the motions 10x's.
Next, bring your knees in closer to your chest just a little about an inch. Now repeat the above motion 10x's.
You will start to notice a slight tightness in your stomach area. Keep bringing your knees in closer. It’s as if you are trying to do a crunch but you are holding your legs in and just working the upper arms. Stretch your legs out after the 3rd repetition then bring them back to the original position. Do as many reps as you can of this exercise.
This exercise will tighter your upper and lower abdominal muscles. You can include some side lunges plus squats to help round out your butt motions.
When it comes to thighs and toning them at home fast, you can walk or jog to get you started. Then you incorporate side leg kicks and squats with an exercise ball. Jumping rope is an excellent way to tighten legs and thighs.
Work towards being confident and comfortable in your skin. Summer clothes are fun to wear, so with reasonable amount of work you can get that amazing brazil butt lift by toning your buttocks and thighs at home fast.
